Good game day drinks & appies even though the nachos could use a bit more cheese ????
Stopped in last minute (after not coming in for a long time) with a party of 5 on a busy weekend night, and was seated right... away. Was seated & guided thru the menu/happy hr specials by Stacy, who was an absolute delight. Welcoming and helpfulrecommendations from her. We went with several different cocktails, and an assortment of appetizers. Service time for drinks andfood was lightning fast, and the food was amazing. Moe at the bar was a star too. We had a party of 12 and it was a great time. Service was excellent and all staff were extremely courteous. My steak salad was... a little over cooked and they asked me if I wanted another one. I said it was no big deal as it was still tasty. To my surprise,the manger took it off the bill. I wasn’t looking for anything but that was fantastic customer service. It’s definitely aplace I go to again, especially to watch a flames game. I love that they play sound and there’s lots of tvs! Read more
AMAZING experience here. I went with my family and I for our first New Years dinner, and it is one to remember. We were welcomed... by the host - Hallie, and she was so great! Even though she was super busy, she did not come off as "not having enough time forus." She ensured that we had our food, our drinks, and even though she had a mask on, her smile was shining through her eyesalone. Thanks Hallie. You were amazing. But, that's not it, Don who was the manager greeted us as we were eating, and told usthat if we needed anything, we should let him know. He stopped by and chatted with us a couple of times throughout the serviceas well. I have to say that this is my FIRST experience at a dinner setting that the manager came over and introduced himself tome while eating. I was shocked and we ensured he knew this at the end of the service. Thank you so much Hallie and Don formaking our first New Year's dinner an experience to remember. PS. The food was AMAZING! Surely Calgary's best sports bar. The architect knocked it out of the park with high ceilings, and a great bar and furnishings,... making for a beautiful space. Sports bars are not normally known for their food, but everything I have tried here has been verygood. And last, but certainly not least, the service is excellent.
